Release Overview
• Is being released as a Bundle ONLY (incorporating MapInfo Pro Advanced
15.2 64-bit).
• Release scheduled for November 2015 (after MapInfo Pro release).
• Available to all clients with current MATS (as of October 30th) for both
MapInfo Pro and MapInfo Discover.
• The same MapInfo Discover Bundle license will activate both the 2015 (32-
bit) & 2015.2 (64-bit) versions; they can be installed on the same machine.

• Ships with a ‘default’ ribbon interface layout
• User can disable certain optional ribbon ‘tabs’ (e.g. Drillholes and Discover 3D); for instance these may be rarely used by that client
1. Pro > Options > MapInfo Discover > Configuration > Layouts.
2. Deselect the unwanted tabs on the right. 3. Will require a MapInfo Pro restart (see bolded
prompt) for these changes to take effect.

How do upgrade to MapInfoDiscover 64bit ?
• If you are under a current MATS agreement then you will receive the latest
version when it becomes available at the end of November
• If you have an older license and do not have a MATS agreement……
