2. MAKE SURE TO SEND US YOUR PASSPORT COPY (Photo page only)

A. PASSPORT MUST BE VALID MINIMUM 6 MONTHS post travel date.

B. Take a photo of your passport photo page OR scan to send as digital file OR mail hard copy. Copy must be legible.

4. You will be provided with payment confirmation by email with final balance. The final balance due date is set (8) eight weeks before departure date. Final balance is due when minimum 15 members are confirmed with notice.

5. Our group tours are confirmed between (1 to 6) one to six months before departure date. If we do not confirm your tour within (6) six weeks before departure date, we begin processing your total reimbursement. Allow 2 weeks for reimbursement after cancellation notice. “Tour status” will be updated weekly on our website at discoverdigest.com. Go to the tour program and date you’ve selected to view “Tour status”.

6. Tour Orientation will be held minimum (3) three weeks before departure date, with meeting location and time notified by email or phone call. If you’re not able to join the meeting in person, we offer video conferencing. When the time comes, we will provide you info with this option. Orientation is offered once with given time and date notified weeks beforehand.
