Please print your information on the attendance pads and return them to the end of the pew. If you desire to join Asbury UMC, come forward during the last song, and our pastors will greet you.

Welcome and Announcements
Prelude
*Call to Worship
Our foundation must be strong. May it be as strong as Mount Zion! Our praises should reach into the heavens. May they reach into the heavens as Mount Zion! Let us march to Mount Zion with faith, The path will free us and give us life!
*Hymn of Praise O God Our Help in Ages Past 114
Preparing Our Hearts
*Affirmation of Faith Affirmation from I Corinthians 888
This is the good news which we have received, in which we stand, and by which are saved:
Christ died for our sins, was buried, was raised on the third day, and appeared first to the women, then to Peter and the Twelve, and then to many faithful witnesses. We believe Jesus is the Christ, the Anointed One of God, the firstborn of all creation, the firstborn from the dead, in whom all things hold together, in whom the fullness of God was pleased to dwell by the power of the Spirit. Christ is the head of the body, the church, and by the blood of the cross reconciles all things to God. Amen.
*Gloria Patri 70
Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Ghost; As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, World without end. Amen. Amen.
Children’s Moments (8:30) Laura Stinnett
(10:45) Rev. Chase Green
The congregation is invited to sing “Tell Me the Stories of Jesus,” as our children are welcomed forward.
Tell me the stories of Jesus I love to hear; things I would ask him to tell me if he were here:
scenes by the wayside, tales of the sea, stories of Jesus tell them to me.
Act of Praise What Wondrous Love is This Kelly Roberts and Chris Gele

Amen.
