Marching Band When you arrive: If you have your tickets in hand…. • Once your bus is parked in the designated bus parking lot and the band is warmed up and ready to perform, please text CPBAND , followed by your GROUP’S NAME to 69050 to let us know you are ready. This should be done no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled performance time. Then, look for the large Boardwalk sign and proceed to the Gatekeeper Security Booth to meet your park escort (see map). If you need to pick up your tickets… • A group leader will need to visit the Group Sales Windows to pick up and/or pay for the group’s tickets. • Once your group has received their tickets and the band is warmed up and ready to perform, please text CPBAND , followed by your GROUP’S NAME to 69050 to let us know you are ready. Only marching band members and essential band staff should enter the park with the band during the performance. Additional parents & chaperones should enter the park with their admission tickets through the main entrance. The band will enter behind the Toſt’s Ice Cream Parlor. In an effort to accommodate all groups, we adhere to the scheduled performance times. If you arrive late, your performance will be moved to the next available open performance time. Aſter the performance your band will return to the bus to stow their equipment. Students can then proceed to the main entrance with their admission ticket to enjoy their day.
