The purpose of the building is to create a research facility that focuses on the exploration of wind energy for the benefit of society. Based on current energy technology , the design focuses one continuous ribbon that integrates a research facility that is able to take coastal site advantages and create renewable energy. The building’s ability to harness the wind power of the coastal region and the ability to have continuous recycled loop, shows renewability both physically and metaphorically.
