WILL CELEBRATE

DIVINE MERCY SUNDAY ON

April 23 @ 3:00 pm in the Church. We will

celebrate our Lord’s great mercy poured out on His people. Come gather together before His presence in the Blessed Sacrament, spend time in adoration and

praise, sing the Divine Mercy Chaplet, and draw close to the Lord.

Five-Week FILM DISCUSSION, “Jesus: The Greatest Story of all Time”

Facilitated by Roland Guilbault, Master in Theology, with majors

in Scripture and Religious Education

Process: Discussions are either on

Tuesday evenings 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. or Wednesday mornings

9:30 to 11:30 a.m. in Room 215. Series began on

April 18th and 19th.

The 174-minute film will be viewed in nine twenty-minute segments. After each viewing, there will be a

guided reflection, followed by group discussion.

The Discussion Group offers a setting to critically review the film on Jesus that has non-scriptural scenes.

If Easter needs an exclamation point,

Divine Mercy Sunday provides it.

The death and resurrection of Jesus reveal the depths of God’s mercy toward us.

For, by His death, Jesus won forgiveness for

our sins and, by rising, restored our life. In

gratitude for all that we have received from God,

let us go forth and treat one another with kindness and mercy.

Magna Campana

Community

on Marriage and Hope for Married Couples." For Priests: "The

Role of Priests in Ministry to Those Who Struggle With

Pornography." For Men and Women Who Struggle With

Pornography: "'Wash Me Thoroughly': Healing from Pornography

version of the pastoral document. Pamphlets are available in

English and Spanish at www.usccb.org/cleanheart.
