While working in sales planning, Vadym Barda realized he had a passion for improving the decision-making process. He found out about Bentley’s Master of Science in Business Analytics, and discovered that the program’s curriculum was a perfect match for his professional development needs.

“I wanted to learn more about the latest techniques on how to effectively store and manage data, conduct deep and meaningful quantitative analysis, and provide high-quality advisory service,” says Barda. “Business analytics combines all these aspirations.”

And since business analytics is an emerging industry, Bentley’s tradition in business education gave him a foundation upon which to build.

“There are just a few business schools offering relevant business analytics programs in the U.S.,” Barda explains, “and Bentley offers the best available experience in this field.”

Even more important, he says, Bentley put Barda in a creative environment, with like-minded people: the perfect launching pad for a new career.

“Bentley gave me the incredible opportu-nity to meet all these wonderful, diverse, highly intellectual people,” he says, “which made it a perfect place for me to thrive professionally.”
