Kaye Marie Court; within Township 17 North, Range 2 East, Section 17, Seward Meridian. At its closest point the structure is located 7.3 feet from the side yard lot line. MSB 17.55.010(B) requires structures to be setback a minimum of 10 feet from side yard lot lines. Granting the Determination of Legal Nonconforming Status will permit the structure to remain in its current location. The Hatcher Pass/Government Peak Recreational Area Access project timber that was cleared from the site will be made available beginning Saturday, July 21, and ending Saturday, August 4. A $25 permit is required and may be obtained from the Land & Resource Management Division between the hours of 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri. beginning Wednesday, July 18 at the Mat-Su Borough Administration Building, Dorothy Swanda Jones Building, located at 350 E. Dahlia Avenue, Palmer. The permit must be in your possession during the removal of wood from the site. The cost for each cord of wood is $25 with a maximum of three cords per household per year. Kaye Marie Court; within Township 17 North, Range 2 East, Section 17, Seward Meridian. At its closest point the structure is located 7.3 feet from the side yard lot line. MSB 17.55.010(B) requires structures to be setback a minimum of 10 feet from side yard lot lines. Granting the Determination of Legal Nonconforming Status will permit the structure to remain in its current location.
