A $25 permit is required and may be obtained from the Land & Resource Management Division between the hours of 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri. beginning Wednesday, July 18 at the Mat-Su Borough Administration Building, Dorothy Swanda Jones Building, located at 350 E. Dahlia Avenue, Palmer. The permit must be in your possession during the removal of wood from the site. The cost for each cord of wood is $25 with a maximum of three cords per household per year. Please call the Land & Resource Management Division at 745-9869 if you have any questions. The plat notes state that Lot 18, Block 1 Lazy Acres is dedicated for the private use of all individual lot owners within the two subdivisions listed above. The current owners bought the lot at a foreclosure sale and they want to use it as a home site. Alaska Statue 29.40.120 requires that the owners of a majority of the land affected can petition the platting authority to alter a recorded plat. Parks Hwy and S. Knik-Goose Bay Road than Vine Road. The project will be done in 2 phases. At the completion of phase 1 the road name from the W. Parks Highway to S. RICHARD & SHIELA FERN (owners/petitioners): The request is to remove plat note #11 and remove the Private Park note on Lot 18, Block 1, LAZY ACRES SUBDIVISION (Plat #75-36) and also remove plat note #9 on Lazy Acres Subdivision Addition 1 (Plat 75-37). The plat notes state that Lot 18, Block 1 Lazy Acres is dedicated for the private use of all individual lot owners within the two subdivisions listed above. The current owners bought the lot at a foreclosure sale and they want to use it as a home site. Alaska Statue 29.40.120 requires that the owners of a majority of the land affected can petition the platting authority to alter a recorded plat. CITY OF WASILLA (owners/petitioners): To define the area needed for the South Mack Drive Extension Right-of-Way Acquisition Plat to provide a 4.4 mile closer transportation link between the W. Parks Hwy and S. Knik-Goose Bay Road than Vine Road. The project will be done in 2 phases. At the completion of phase 1 the road name from the W. Parks Highway to S.
