The assembly of the Matanuska-Susitna Borough will hold a public hearing during the 6:00 p.m. assembly meeting on August 21, 2012 at the Mat-Su Borough School District Admin Building located at 501 North Gulkana St Palmer, Alaska, on the ordinances for the natural gas local improvement districts listed below. The purpose of the public hearing on the ordinances is to determine whether to create the natural gas local improvement districts, approve the improvement plans, authorize the manager to proceed with the improvements and assess the total costs of the improvements against the benefited properties creating a lien on each property assessed.
