MATANUSKA-SUSITNA BOROUGH PUBLIC NOTICE Type: Easement (MSB006689) TX ID: 18N01E32A002 & D002 The Matanuska-Susitna Borough Land & Resource Management Division has received application requesting a public use easement over that portion of privately-owned land (known as tax parcel 18N01E32D002) lying adjacent to the east boundary of borough-owned parcel 18N01E32A002. A public use easement is also proposed on the borough land lying adjacent to the pole portion of parcel D002 for a total combined easement of 71x608 feet. Purpose is to provide public access and contiguous connectivity from E. Eek Street to the south boundary of parcel A002.
