SOUTH BIG LAKE ROAD REALIGNMENT OPEN HOUSE April 18, 2013 from 4:30 – 7:30 pm 129000 W. Creek Frontage Road (Mile 2.0 Big Lake Road) The Matanuska-Susitna Borough, Public Works Department, and HDR Alaska, Inc. invite you to come and see what is happening with the South Big Lake Road Realignment project. The project will build a new segment of two-lane gravel roadway with shoulders from just east of Jade Lake to the Burma/ Susitna Parkway intersection. If funding allows, paving will be added to the project. Benefits to the community include rerouting traffic from Susitna Parkway and Burma Road off of the existing South Big Lake Road onto the new alignment.
