We design custom-made Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC&R) systems. This includes all site information, design criteria, energy efficiency, ease of maintenance, installation considerations, and cost of system.
Our design services are compli-mentary when clients engage our Construction & Installation service.
We manufacture complete valve and pump station in order to bring best quality works and shorten installation on-site. Our valve station supply and its documenta-tion provide a fully functional system that has a warranty for guaranteed operation.
Additionally, our valve/ pump station and piping assembly include innovative items such as shelters, cable trays, stainless steel discon-nect stands, installation guide brackets, and many more.
We act as a turn-key solution provider and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) specialist contractor.
Our in-house qualified workers will manage the entire site preparation, construction, and installation of the entire scope of works and ensure your future equipment is installed correctly and perform according to specifications.

We perform complete equipment start up and testing to ensure it operates as specified.
Once commissioned, our technician will provide training to specified personnel on operation and maintenance, and provide a complete O&M manual for the entire system and each major component.
We excel in specialized mainte-nance for our clients. Ensuring their existing equipment and machinery are always running to their top performance.
We communicate site data with manufacturer to plan preventive maintenance and necessary spare parts supply ahead, greatly reducing any risk of system failure and unexpected shutdown.
Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration systems are very high electrical consumers. It is our duty to always ensure they are running within their most efficient operating range.
Our qualified energy managers will conduct energy audits through measurement and verification plans for all Heating, Cooling & Ventila-tion systems.
