Message from the ChairMessage from the ChairI look forward to seeing you at Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association’s 45th Annual Bench-Bar & Boardroom Conference (BBBC)! This year’s conference pro-vides 10 hours of relevant and timely CLEs (including 2 hours of ethics credit). Our 2018 BBBC theme is talk shows, as we invite all of you to be our guests. Exhibitors are encouraged to embrace the theme and have fun with their booths, materials and prizes. For all our esteemed members of the Kansas City legal community, BBBC is a chance to get away and connect with your colleagues. KCMBA’s talented members have worked diligently to create a rich experience for attendees. We also want to be sure and thank our Honorary Chairs for encouraging judicial attendance and for their overall support of the event. Our programs, events and socials will definitely expand your network and help you earn CLE credits in a fun environment. In addition to learning opportunities at the conference, an array of lawyers and

members of our judiciary will be entertaining you as the cast in this year’s iconic BBBC video. Lastly, for those of you who are looking forward to some fresh air, we encourage you to join us for golf at Pointe Royale and for a walk/run on Thursday morning and for yoga on Friday morning. See you soon!
