This 16-month MBA program offered by the School of Business Administration at the University of San Diego is specifically tailored to meet the needs of corporate counsel. The MBA for Corporate Counsel provides the management skills and business acumen to give students a thorough grounding in management and a competitive edge in their business interactions. Students will hone their skills to address the varied business issues that they face in their roles in private and publicly traded organizations, as well as in the areas of consulting and entrepreneurship.

The same distinguished faculty that delivers MBA courses in the School of Business Administration teaches this accelerated course of study. The core curriculum is focused on key management competencies and includes areas such as globalization, international financial management, strategic execution, alliances/mergers/acquisitions and entrepreneurship.

The MBA for Corporate Counsel can help you further develop your ability for assessment, analysis, decision-making and judgment. Additionally, it can help you position yourself for greater professional opportunities and leadership roles.

The Master of Business Administration for Corporate Counsel is o�ered as a custom corporate MBA degree by the University of San Diego’s School of Business Administration.

E LI G I B I LI T Y AN D PR O G R A M R E Q U I R E M E N T S:

The MBA for Corporate Counsel program is intended to equip mid- to senior-level corporate counsel with the tools necessary to understand complex business concepts and decision making in the context of a corporate environment.

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be admitted to the program:Program Requirements:

• Must be a mid-to-senior-level corporate counsel with at least five years of experience.• Must have earned a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and be admitted to a state bar.• Must be member of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC).

Classes meet one weekend per month: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for 16 months. Tuition covers program costs, including all books, materials and meals.
