Who is on board and who is not?

In today’s economic climate companies are trying to do

more business with less people.

Management teams need to know which team members are pulling their weight and which are not. Getting the

truth from the team is simple. Seeing it in writing is not.

Providing a non- threatening environment allows

management and their team members to share how they view the company’s policies,

procedures and culture.

Team members quickly discover who is not drinking

the Kool-Aid.

Adults cannot be convinced, told or lectured how they
