In order to optimise our service, we have selected Maison van den Boer, Van Melick and Hutten Catering as our regular

catering partners. This makes it possible for us to offer a broad range of high-quality catering services based on your

wishes. It gives you the assurance that the catering services for your conference, trade fair, or other event will be optimal,

based on the visitors profile. Our catering partners offer a broad range of products including regional products and

innovative food concepts. To make it even easier for you, our personal and in-house catering department will coordinate

everything, and will be happy to assist you to make the right choice.

Sustainable and pure

MECC Maastricht has received the Gold Green Key award, the international eco-label for companies that are serious

about sustainability and take verifiable measures in this regard. We place a priority on Corporate Social Responsibility

(CSR), and take a conscientious approach to the environment both in terms of business operations and local nature. Our

catering partners are also on board when it comes to this philosophy, and have put together specific CSR packages for

you.

Our flexible rooms

We can provide lunch, dinner, cocktail and party services in our various rooms. The number of guests, type of catering,

decorations and the available facilities are ultimately determinative for both the atmosphere created as well as the

costs involved.

MecCafé has been designed as a sleek and stylish café and is run as a business open during the daytime. You can rent

MecCafé in the evenings for an intimate reception or after-show cocktail party.

MeccAtable Restaurant also features a fixed set-up and décor and offers a cosy outdoor terrace. The facility may

be rented for lunch, dinner and parties. This multifunctional space actually doesn’t even require additional décor or

furnishings thanks to the beautiful photographs of Maastricht mounted on canvas that decorate the walls.

MeccSuite sleek design makes it very suitable as a reception/bar area to complement your evening event, for example.

We can always help you decide on the set-up for all the other rooms; we can offer flexible options that are virtually

unlimited.

of your exhibition, conferencor event. Note: these are indications and standard prices only which may naturally be

adapted to your personal preferences and requirements.

We can upgrade the quality of the coffee to freshly ground espresso on request. For this option, we set up special

guests. Depending on the number of guests and the number of breaks per day, the additional price for this service is

around €3.00 per person per day.

GREEN KEY 8-hour package starting at € 47.50

In keeping with the CSR principle, we work with local suppliers. The key values Pure, Passion & Pride

or People, Planet & Profit are a top priority for us and our partners. The farmers work with the Dutch

environmental quality label or are certified as organic farmers, and satisfy the CO2 ‘foodprint’ requirements.

Where possible, we work with approved local products.

FairTrade coffee and herbal tea with artisanal biscuits during the morning breaks

CSR water for the speaker(s)

Lunch consisting of:

• Assorted local bread rolls with charcuterie products and cheese (2 to 3 per person)
