    medication administration provides users with secure and convenient access

    patient medication records;allowing for recording, collection and reporting of patient data. i

    ffline application is a desktop application where all the patients data is stored in a local system

    MED e-Cares Integrated Assessment Form Builder offers ultimate flexibility to customize forms. Facican create electronic versions of patient/resident forms used in

    facility. The forms can then be completed and saved as part of

    residents electronic health records. This enables the user to locate

    more quickly and eliminate time wasted doing filing. The forms ca

    ser-defined and can be modified easily. Facilities can create as many forms as they want to use.

    We are proud to announce the latest addition to our ASP.NET software called the Patient Profile. This n

    eature allows clinicians to have instant access to patient/resident electronic records. At a click of a but

    ou can see all pertinent clinical information for a particular

    esident.

    n the right pane of the screen is the Client Informationsection.

    his area contains residents demographic information such as

    ate of birth, gender, admission date, and primary language. There

    also an area for physician information and list of contacts. On the left side of the pane is theHealth

    rofilesection. This section contains information such as allergies, alerts, diagnosis, and advanced

    rectives.

    Immediately below this section are different collapsible widg

    that can be opened to view the list of overdue items such asincomplete assessments, care plan reviews, follow-up notes, a

    overdue medication. The clinician can easily open the widget

    go to that particular module, directly to the area that require

    immediate attention. This eliminates having to open each

    module and having to navigate to determine what documentation needs to be completed. This new

    eature will improve efficiency for all clinicians when providing care to the resident.

    At a click of a button,

    you can see all pertinentclinical information for a

    particular resident.

    The clinician can easily open

    the widget and go to that

    particular module, directly to

    the area that requires

    immediate attention.

    lectronic record to view or document clinical information. The items in Quick Entry menu ca
