Ode to PaulYou stood at the front of a room full of females.
Listening to us babble and wishing for a few pints of ale.Flipping through slides and many different screens,Giving lots of information and explaining what it means.
Risk, RAPs, & RUGs, RWPD, MDS, & RAI,Denied permission on MED e-care but at least you tried.
Showing us examples Falls, Nutrition and levels of Care.Showing us the processes and how to document our care.
Tables and legends and slides galore,Did we have any idea what they all were for?
QIs and Case Mix, Appendices and FAQ;Heads spinning, eyes popping and an occasional Boo-Hoo.
Long days of talking, your voice must feel hoarse. The second time round, it makes much more sense, of course. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and expertise.
Thanks for all youve been doing and keep doing it please.Pat Kilby Story, RN
