The We Live to Eat podcast will explore Louisiana’s restaurant industry one episode at a time. 1. All advertising is subject to the publisher’s approval. The publisher reserves the right to reject advertising that is not in keeping with the LRA’s standards and objectives.2. The publisher accepts no responsibility for the content of any ad. Placing an ad with the LRA does not imply endorsement. 3. The advertiser and/or advertising agency agrees to defend and indemnify the publisher and its publications against any and all liability, loss or expenses arising from claims of libel, unfair competition, unfair trade practices, infringement of trademarks, copyrights, trade names, patents or proprietary rights or violation of rights of privacy resulting from the publication of the advertiser’s advertisement.4. The publisher will not be bound by any condition stated in an insertion order or in copy instructions when those conditions conflict with the regulations set forth here.5. No advertisement shall be published unless an insertion order in writing is received by the advertising representative no later than the closing deadline specified by the publisher. 6. If acceptable copy and art are not received by the materials deadline, the publisher will insert the most recent advertisement. 7. If an advertisement does not conform to the sizes indicated here, it will be billed at the rate for the next larger ad.8. Advertising is invoiced upon publication. Net amount due and payable upon receipt of invoice. Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards are accepted. 9. Advertisers will be billed at the onetime rate unless written contracts specify a higher frequency. Orders containing incorrect rates or conditions will be charged at the rates tabulated here. 10. New advertisers must pay in full with a signed contract. 11. Print Advertising: This contract does still allow you to change your ad to a larger size only from issue to issue. Cancellations must be submitted in writing before closing date. All ads must be placed within 12 months from the time the contract is signed. 12. Digital Advertising: Advertisements must be submitted 7 business days prior to publication date. This contract does allow you to change the artwork and/or URL of your digital ad during the contracted period as long as changes are submitted in writing within 7 business days of publish date.13. Podcast Advertising: Ads or ad copy must be submitted a minimum of two weeks in advance of scheduled air date. This contract does not allow you to change your ad from episode to episode.
