Application and dosage: neodisher® MediClean forte can be used in washer disinfectors as well as in dip and ultrasonic baths. The dosing amount depends on the respective field of application and the individual degree of contamination of the instruments to be reprocessed. When reprocessing da Vinci EndoWrist instruments neodisher® MediClean forte can be used in all manual pre-cleaning steps, for ultrasonic pre-treatment and for the automated reprocessing process.
Personal protective equipment1 cleaned in an immersion bath must be completely wetted with the application solution during the entire immersion time. Then rinse thoroughly under running water of at least drinking water quality.

Use suitable dosing devices.
In the cleaning step and in the final rinse the use of deionised water is recommended. The neutralisation step which is obligatory when using classical alkaline detergents is not necessary. When reprocessing ophthalmological
instruments an additional intermediate rinse with water prior to the final rinse is recommended. The working solution for manual cleaning is to be renewed daily and in the case of visible soiling.

The working solution of neodisher MediZym has to be replaced at least daily, immediately in case of visible soiling. The neodisher MediZym working solution has to be rinsed off completely (preferably with deionised water). To avoid water stains, the use of fully demineralised water in the final rinse is recommended.

• Accessories of anaesthesia utensils made ofpolysulfone (PSU) and polyphenylsulfone(PPSU) e.g. connectors of larynx masks,valves, adapters and parts of instrumentcontainer lids can form tension cracks due tothe manufacturing process when treated withrinse aids. Application and dosage: neodisher MediKlar is used in the final rinse step in washer disinfectors. The dosing amount depends among other things on the items to be washed and the water quality and is 0.3 - 1.0 ml/l. neodisher MediKlar is dosed into the final rinse water.
Suitable dosing equipment is to be used.
For avoiding water stains the use of deionised water in the final rinse is recommended. At the same time this protects anodised aluminium.

The neodisher N solution has to be rinsed off completely (preferably with deionised water).
When using neodisher N for the pre-cleaning resp. cleaning, attention must be paid to the fact that the items to be washed, the washer resp. washer disinfector and the drain pipes are acid-compatible. Eternit and cast-iron drain pipes are not suitable. The solution to be drained off must be neutralised before draining.

Suitable dosing devices are to be used.
For avoiding water stains, the use of deionised water in the final rinse is recommended. At the same time this protects anodised aluminium.
When using neodisher Z for pre-cleaning the items to be washed, the washer resp. washer disinfector and the waste water pipes must be acid-compatible. Eternit (fibre cement) and cast-iron pipes are unsuitable and require a prior neutralisation of the effluent solution.

Main fields of application: Manual lubrication of surgical instruments, especially for hinged instruments.
Characteristics: neodisher IP Spray is based on highly purified white oil (mineral oil/paraffinum liquidum of food and pharmaceutical grade) and is used for the direct lubrication of surgical instruments after automated cleaning if the lubrication in a washer disinfector is inadequate or if there is no dosing of neodisher IP Konz in the washer disinfector.

Application and dosage: Spray neodisher IP Spray directly onto the instruments, especially on the joints. Hold the spray can as vertically as possible. For the spraying of sieves please use the spray can with a shortened spraying tube. For this the tube should be removed from the attachment and cut with a pair of scissors to the required length. Then put the spraying tube with the shortened side into the spraying attachment to achieve an optimum spraying result.
Reprocessing should comply with all ordinances pursuant to the Medical Device Directive and should be performed with appropriate validated processes.
Please observe the instrument manufacturer´s recommendations for use according to the requirements of DIN EN ISO 17664.

Application and dosage: neodisher PreStop is applied undiluted with the foam sprayer onto the surgical instruments within the disposal container directly after the operation; ensuring a complete wetting. The disposal container must then be kept closed. The instruments treated with neodisher PreStop can be stored for up to 72 hours. Then rinse carefully and reprocess as usual.
