LiuGong medium excavators deliver all-round performance and productivity to ensure maximum efficiency, whatever the job site.

World-class components, including Cummins Stage IIIA emissions-compliant engines and Stage IIIB engines in the 922E, ensure high power and low fuel consumption, which helps to keep running costs low. In addition, the patented new-generation full power computer control system integrates the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems to offer high efficiency and better control.

The well-designed upper structure and undercarriage offers maximum durability, which ensures less damage to the machine even on the toughest construction sites.

The excavators are also easily accessible for routine cleaning and maintenance, which helps ensure less downtime on the job site. The multi-function LCD monitor enables you to check essential information about the machine’s status, and the engine can be accessed easily. The air conditioning inlet, radiator, two-stage air filter system, hydraulic oil level and engine oil filters are also conveniently located for quick and easy cleaning.

Construction sites can be challenging and demand long working hours on difficult terrain, which is physically demanding for the operator. LiuGong understands that a safe and comfortable cab means a happy operator, and in turn leads to increased productivity.

LiuGong’s medium excavators all have sound-proofed cabs, which are mounted on silicon shock absorbers for less vibration and noise, while the reinforced frame reduces the potential for injury to the operator in the event of an accident. Air conditioning provides outstanding operator comfort in variable climates, while the front window and skylight improves ventilation and offers all-round visibility for improved safety on busy job sites. The cab interior is also ergonomically-designed with well-positioned monitors and controls that make complex operation easier, and the audio entertainment system provides light entertainment for the operator during long shifts in the cab.

The LiuGong 922E’s tried and tested Cummins Stage IIIB engine delivers high power and maximum performance on any job site. The machine’s automatic engine idle function helps to reduce fuel consumption, while its large fuel tank enables better productivity during long hours of operation. In addition, the advanced IPC (Intelligent Power Control) system ensures optimal synergy with the machine’s new hydraulic system, which ensures greater efficiency.

In terms of durability, the medium excavator’s well-designed undercarriage offers excellent stability on uneven terrain, and the reinforced idler support provides additional rigidity for heavy duty applications. The machine also has a number of convenient and accessible features for easy routine cleaning and maintenance, which helps to minimise downtime on site.
