Gilbane established its California operations in 1978 to deliver the first CM at Risk manufacturing facility for MillerCoors in Los Angeles. We have since grown to seven offices in California. San Jose serves as our Northern California hub with area offices in San Francisco, Concord and Sacramento. Locally, we offer services in all delivery methods and focus on the education, civic, justice/corrections, federal and private/commercial markets.
