University of Maryland | The New Cole Field House At nearly 300,000 SF, Cole Field House will provide a cutting-edge environment for athletic training, technological innovation, clinical research and phyiscal therapy. This repurposed and expanded facility will feature an indoor NCAA football field, indoor athletic training complex, administrative and athletic offices, Sports Medicine, Health + Human Performance Center, Academy for Innovation + Entrepreneurship, and two outdoor football practice fields.

McCormick World Headquarters The international spice and food specialty corporation will be consolidating 700 corporate workers from three sites into a single, redeveloped six-story building. The 20-acre project site will allow the 176 year old company a more pronounced brand exposure, which has always been in the Baltimore region. Project also includes segregation of use and utilities of Verizon central office located on the ground floor.

Enoch Pratt Free Library Renovation & Modernization Originally built in 1933, this historic, six-story, public library located in downtown Baltimore will undergo a comprehensive modernization program, including new MEP systems, life safety and code upgrades, exterior and interior improvements. These include facade restoration, roof replacement, exterior window and fixture restoration, new interior finishes, plaster and art work restoration.
