CHUBB INSURANCE GROUP, NEW HAVEN, CONNECTICUT Provided construction management services for the renovation of 18,000 SF supporting Chubb’s consolidation efforts in New Haven, CT. Chubb’s offices remained occupied throughout construction and Gilbane collaborated closely with Chubb to minimize disruption and ensure a safe enviornment.

ST. VINCENT’S MEDICAL CENTER, BRIDGEPORT, CONNECTICUT Provided construction management at-risk services for the Main Lobby rennovation. The project included the replacement of the existing entrance vestibule and upgrades to the lobby’s finishes. Approximately 4,000 people enter the Medical Center at this main entrance each day. The project was completed while the lobby remained occupied, requiring extensive planning and coordination to ensure the safety of patients, visitors, and staff.

BRISTOL FIRE STATION, ENGINE COMPANY NO. 4 BRISTOL, CONNECTICUTProvided preconstruction and construction management services for the renovation and addition of the existing firehouse. The station consists of two vehicle bays, firefighter quarters, storage areas for apparatus, equipment, and uniforms, as well as training center space, that converts to an emergency shelter or community room as needed.
