FIRST QUARTER 2019 Meet Harland Russell, LCDC President Harland Russell was elected LCDC President at the LCDC Annual Meeting on January 18 and will serve a two-year term. Harland is a Site Development Specialist for the multi-discipled engineering firm, George Butler Associates, Inc. (GBA). He served on the Lansing City Council for 16 years and as Chair of LCDC’s Infrastructure Committee and Vice-President of the Executive Committee. Harland is currently serving on the KCADC Board of Directors representing Leavenworth County for 2019 – 2020. Tonganoxie Business Park Goes Vertical Expected to be completed this summer, Unilock Kansas’ new building at the Tonganoxie Business Park is seeing construction progress. Unilock Kansas is the Business Park’s first tenant and was recruited to Tonganoxie by LCDC. Unilock is North America's premier manufacturer of concrete interlocking paving stones and segmental wall products.
