4.What can be improved and how?

What makes an AAR productive?

1.Open and honest professional discussion

2.Participation by everyone on the team

3.Focus on results of an effort or project

4.Identification of ways to sustain what was done well

5.Development of recommendations on ways to overcome obstacles

How to EdCamp--1st steps

• sit down in circle with 6-8 other educators

• consider 1 thing you personally would like to talk about

• write down the 1 thing on a small piece of paper

• Share the 1 thing around the circle

How to EdCamp--2nd Steps

• as a group, determine which idea garners the most interest

• write that idea on the large paper

• get up. look at all the ideas on large paper

• sit down at the one most interesting to you.
