HousekeepingDuring a clients stay, housekeeping is maintained on the second and fourth day. eg. if a property owner arrives on a Sunday, housekeeping service will be done on tues-

day and friday to clean and change towels.

TYPE 1 – PREPARATIoNthis involves a complete cleaning of the property, any additional extra cleaning can be done upon owners request.

NoTEonce the clients have checked-out, the property will be cleaned to the standards in type 1, however, bedding will not be done until the day before of next property occupancy.

What is Membership Rewards? membership Rewards is a new cus-tomer loyalty programme for Praia D’el Rey card members. the more you spend in the resort companies, the more membership Rewards points you accrue. these points can be re-deemed for a wide variety of products and services within the resort.* * Subject to the terms and conditions of the membership Rewards pro-gramme.

• 2. How do i enroll? if you are a holder of a Praia DÉl Rey blue, gold, Platinum, or green mem-bership card you are automatically en-rolled and benefitting the programme

of accumulative points on all of your present purchases, at no extra cost to you. Should you have an inactivated card, please see Resident Services to obtain a new card.

• 3. How do i earn points? when making payments towards products or services, your usual cus-tomary discount will be honoured, or you can redeem your points, but not to be used in conjunction; a) for every 10 euros spent on pur-chases/payments made in the resort with your membership Rewards card you will earn 1 point membership Re-ward; b) your points are assigned and guaran-

• 5. How do i redeem my points? a) Redeeming points is easy and quick. Just browse through our membership Rewards catalogue and choose the company you wish to redeem your points;

b) Praia D’el Rey will issue their mem-bership Rewards catalogue for your viewing and, also available, on-line at www.praia-del-rey.com;c) all products/services proclaimed in the membership Rewards catalogue are subject to availability, as such, are the (rules and regulations)(terms and conditions) defined by Praia D’El Rey, reserves the right to alter any changes or cancellations without prior notice;d) once requested to redeem your points, you will not be reimbursed, nor able to exchange, reclaim or substitute the products/services issued or reclaim credit points back to your membership Rewards card account;e) all offers are not permitted in exchange for money, nor serve as credit for other offers;f) Praia D’el Rey is not responsible for replacing/crediting any points due to lost, stolen or damaged cards.
