Introduction
MG for Oil & Gas Services was formed in 2007 by the prominent businessmen, who are immensely familiar of the geographical area of the largest Oil & Gas fields in the Republic of Yemen and committed themselves to improve the quality of work & expand the services to the Oil & Gas Industry with the support of Ministry of Oil & Minerals, PEPA (Petroleum Exploration & Production Authority) and by Joint Ventures with foreign firms.

Formerly MG commenced with material supply services by
serving all organizations of diverse range with utmost care and professionalism. Through sound & efficient sourcing department and by means of Associate Offices & Principal Companies located in North America, European Union, United Kingdom and Middle East region MG accomplished the supply of Oilfield products & Spare parts.
Gradually MG expanded its
business by selling various products through contracts and strategic alliance and established Transportation, Engineering & NDT Service divisions to attain the objective.

MG for Oil & Gas Services acquired its first long term contract with Yemen LNG Company Limited in 2007 for the supply & transportation of DIESEL from YPC Aden & Mukalla to its Balhaf facility on regular basis as well as several short term contracts for the supply of JET FUEL through its transportation division.
