The SBI has a large network capacity. Its interest rates are very cheaper compare to other banks. Better customer care service. More core schemes for customer welfare.

Suggestions It will surly improve their network performance.. It will improve their customer services. The SBI will provide the better facilities to the customers. It will develop the net banking for the customers. It increases their branches and subsidiaries.

Conclusions Nothing can stop us, no bank can beat us, we are in the top position in the market and we

will continue to be, customer satisfaction is our main goal and we stand on that.
