The Jobs Partnership of Florida transforms the lives of people who are chronically under-employed by meeting theirs needs head on - empowering, encouraging and elevating their workplace attitudes and abilities.

As the centerpiece of the Jobs Partnership, Life & Work is a 12-week job training program available to men and women who are stalled in their lives, their jobs, or both. Led by community leaders, the program does more than teach participants how to write resumes and interview for jobs, it helps them develop a sense of hope based upon their understanding of God’s purpose for their lives, both professionally and personally.

Mentors: On Tuesdays, (Life class) facilitate small group (3-4 students) discussions and encourage them to apply Biblical principles to work related situations.

Job Counselors: On Thursdays, (Work class) serve as an employment coach to 3-4 students.

Administration: On Tuesdays or Thursdays, help provide a welcoming environment, manage attendance and assist with any special needs.

boys ages 10-18 who need a big brother figure in their lives for advice, wisdom and just fun guy stuff. We are honored to come alongside these young men to provide a friend to those who need one. SONS OF CHRIST

We currently have several boys who could benefit from a loving heart. A simple call or text once a week and a fun event per month is all that’s required from our mentors.

Pray about your calling to become a mentor. This is a big commitment and one that should be taken seriously and with great regard for the mentee.

Every 35 seconds a student is suspended from school in an American classroom. Where do these students go? In Orange County they can come to

“Keeping UP.” Our endeavor is not only to have students keep up with their assignments, but to build self-esteem and character guidance in subjects such as anger management, conflict resolution, and peer mediation.

Volunteer Your Skills!

“I’ve had the opportunity to visit with Daria Monroe, Executive Director at True life Choice (TLC), and get a tour of their facility on Edgewater Drive. The staff there has a true calling for this ministry, which is not just to save the lives of the unborn, but to show the love of Christ to men and women at a time of crisis in their lives.” --Michael Chiaro

g Come and observe a local club and see how you can serve.

g Volunteer to work with children one day a week after school. CEF provides materials and training.

g $25 provides a Good News Club for a week.

g $100 provides a Good News Club for a month

g $1000 provides a Good News Club for a school year

Did you know there are Bible clubs in many local public schools taking the gospel to children weekly?

Join with our church family as we teach young students about the love of Christ in our local schools. Through Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF), our volunteers learn the skills of teaching God’s Word to elementary age children through the Good News Club (GNC) program. These fast-paced, one-hour programs are designed to bring the Gospel of Christ to children on their level in their environment.

Help give students who may never step inside a church the opportunity to hear God’s Word and volunteer your time or support the Child Evangelism Fellowship.

The Orlando Children’s Church (OCC) is a citywide bus ministry dedicated to reaching undeserved youth in greater Orlando through physical nourishment, spiritual renewal and loving relationships. OCC reaches Central Florida children in the poorest and most blighted areas with the gospel of Jesus Christ every single week.

It was founded in 2002 and continues to be led by Pastor Peter and Isabel O’Driscoll.

This ministry serves our church’s elderly, widowed and divorced members who are overwhelmed with the upkeep of their yard and home. We provide light yard work and clean up, minor home maintenance, painting and various other minor projects.

Our purpose is to be a light of hope for our church members in need of a little extra love and support.

“This is my

commandment, that

you love one another,

just as I have loved

you.” John 15:12

Sign up to be part of a Helping Hands Crew. Let us know what Saturdays you are available from now until April 30 and we will keep you informed of upcoming projects.
