Service Deliverable Benefits: Reliable computing resources with limited downtime, infrastructure to match computing needs, administration and support of windows environments with auto-update services, application administration to support individual office missions.

Service Deliverable Definition: Is the planning, organizing, monitoring and control of connectivity and the transfer of data between internal and external users of computing resources within the diocesan structure.
