SITE PLAN

Mint Hill Medical Park will be developed in 3 phases, and is now pre-leasing for Building A, Phase I. Scheduled for completion by October 2018, in concurrence with Novant Health Mint Hill Medical Center, the 2-story “Building A” will be a 35,000 SF medical office building with frontage along Albemarle Road. Phases II and III will consist of “Building B”, a 2-story, 25,000 SF medical office building; and “Building C”, a single-story 16,000 SF medical office building.

The intersection of Albemarle Road and Cresswind Boulevard will be an important point of ingress/egress for Cresswind, Mint Hill Medical Park, and Novant Health Mint Hill Medical Center. It is the only lighted intersection for all 3 projects, and most importantly, the only intersection from which vehicular traffic will be able to turn left onto Albemarle Road upon exiting Cresswind, Mint Hill Medical Park, and Novant Health Mint Hill Medical Center. Hospital campus patients and visitors leaving the premises will be required to take the East-West Connector (Novant Health Parkway) to Cresswind Boulevard in order to turn East onto Albemarle Road.

NEIGHBORING DEVELOPMENT PROJECTSScheduled to open by October 2018, Novant Health Mint Hill Medical Center is a planned medical hospital campus located at the I-485/Albemarle Road interchange, that will provide comprehensive services for the Mint Hill community and is expected to also draw patients from neighboring Cabarrus and Union counties. The 150,000 SF hospital will offer 24 medical-surgical beds, four intensive care beds, eight labor/deliver/recovery/postpartum beds, a 16-bed emergency department, surgery services, hospitalist physician group for inpatient admissions, laboratory, pharmacy, observation unit and a CT scanner and other imaging services. An additional on-campus 13,500 SF medical office building opened in November of 2016. It houses pediatric, primary care, OB/GYN care, and an Urgent Care.
