Incident ManagementA comprehensive investigation stage supports the investigation at a level appropriate to the incident or Near miss. Basic and root causes are identi� ed and recorded. Progress is available to view by all authorised employees. Corrective and preventative actions are managed through Mirashare’s Action Tracking module.
Incident CompletionCompletion of corrective and preventative actions and approval of the completed action are recorded by electronic signature through the Mirashare Action Tracking module. Incident approval and closure are managed and controlled.
