MITAS GENERATORS LTD was founded in 1998 embarking on a unique endeavor of becoming the sole dedicated manufacturerof Power Generators in the country of Cyprus.  Moving ahead with the aim of expanding its business even further, the companybegan exporting generating sets in 2002 and has since been active in this field with exports to Africa, Europe and the Middle East.

Opting for the challenging avenue of focusing on the production of generating sets of high quality, versus compromising qualityfor cost, we have managed to build a strong reputation among our clients over the years, for the reliability of our range of generators. This commitment to ensuring the quality of our products has also been recently verified with the ISO 9001 certification.

Looking ahead to the future, MITAS GENERATORS LTD aims to become not only the dominant supplier of generating sets inCyprus, but also one of the main suppliers of Power Generators in the region, utilizing our knowledge, experience, and thecontinuous development and upgrading of our production range.

In line with our vision of establishing ourselves as oneof the quality manufacturers of Power Generators inthe region, as well as our continuous investment inresearch and development, we have begun our furtherexpansion with the construction of a brand newmanufacturing facility with a covered area of over 6000sq,m. Fully equipped with CNC machines, our new facility,expected to begin its operation in 2009, will have thecapacity and ability to satisfy the strictest requirements,maintaining our everlasting quality and increasing theefficiency of our production process.

Designed and built according to high quality standards and able to meet the increased demandsof heavy-duty applications, they are equipped with brushless alternators with AVR able to give a precision of ±1%.  Built with asteel base-frame incorporating a fuel tank, and flexible for any chosen operational setup for standby and continuous use.  AutomaticControl Panels, Synchronization Panels, trailers and other options can be offered according to user requirements.  Soundproofversions of all models are available, with canopies of galvanized steel and fire-proof soundproofing materials, with a seamless design,and with internal mounting of the exhaust silencer.
