General Description:
After analyzing the business requirement Quytech is proposing solution per needs:
The proposed mobile App can be downloaded from play store for Android users and from app store for IOS users.
The proposed mobile App will allows users to find information &
details about the services offered by the hospital.
User can also log in to their profile and can update their profiles. If the registered users are patients, they can view and pay their hospital bills anytime online.
The Admin will also have an option to push update and notifications
on the user’s mobile..

User can login using Facebook profile, Google profile or with an Email address or Mobile Number and password, through which he was already registered.
Non-registered customers need to register first to user “My Profile” feature.
Forget password option will be available if user do not remember his password.

Mobile application will have separate news and event screen, so that users will get updated about the upcoming events or hospital related news.

My Profile & Billing
User can register using his/her Mobile Number and OTP to register and access his profile.
Profile page will display the patient details. If user was a patient in the hospital he need to mention his patient ID and his billing details will be visible and he can also pay online with the integrated payment portal.

User will be able to see his / her billing details and can pay from the mobile application.

Appointment Booking
User will get option to book an appointment with his doctor by following two options:
Select Hospital (from drop down) -> Select department (from drop down)
Search by doctor’s name and tap search. The list of doctors with their department &
location will populate once user will search doctors by specialty.

Doctor’s Schedule
Once the user will select the doctor for whom he need the appointment, the below details will display in the screen :
Name and designation Consultation charges Location Date of availability. Appointment slots.

Appointment Confirmation
User can select the appointment slots to confirm booking.
Once the customer will select his slot he will be asked to confirm his mobile number and email address. By default it will show details available in profile, but user can update them, if needed.
There will be an option to pay online or pay while visiting the doctor.

Consultation / OPD Notes
After booking an appointment patient will consult to the doctor in OPD.
Doctor will check patient and provide a prescription, if require doctor will also write a test.
At the time of consultation doctor will provide required instructions and advise them to follow to the patient. Patient can view these booklets any time in the application.

Book Lab Test
Patient can book a test in hospital lab which is prescribe by the doctor.
Patient will get a confirmation email or message with detail after booking test from the application.
