Mojumaat was designed and developed to strategically align our organization with the vision of the rulers of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the Executive Council to address the need to provide safe and decent housing to the ever-growing labor force in Abu Dhabi.

To that end, Mojumaat is a ZonesCorp approved worker city, designed to accommodate 30,000 occupants and is available for leasing to blue-collar workers from both the private and government sectors.

Mojumaat sits on 122,500 square meters, situated about 20 kilometers from Musaffah.

We take pride in offering our tenants fully furnished residential accommodation, catering and mess hall facilities, laundry facilities, 5,000 m2 shopping mall, restaurants, cafeterias and retail areas, state of the art recreational facilities, mosque and medical center.

Labor AccommodationsResidential Buildings• The City’s Labor Accommodations consist of 16 three-storey buildings with a total of

2,304 rooms.

• Each floor is divided into 4 wings of 12 rooms with a floor area of 30 m2 in each room. It has a central wet block area that consists of a toilet, wash areas, showers, electrical rooms and a garbage room.

• Each room has a capacity of 10 occupants.

Supervisors & Technician SuitesResidential Buildings • The City’s Supervisors and Technicians Accommodations consist of 8 three-storey

buildings that have a total of 504 studios, 63 studios in each building.

• One studio is around 55 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 occupants.

• Every studio has a toilet and a kitchen area.

Shopping Center & ArcadesCommercial BuildingsThe City’s Shopping Center and Arcades are complete with shopping amenities designed to satisfy the residents.

The two-storey shopping center is 10,297 m2 and is composed of two hyper-marts in each floor, along with smaller shops, restaurants and cafeterias that will serve the residents’ shopping needs.

Two smaller shopping arcades were also built to fulfill the needs of our residents. They are composed of small shops such as barbershops, car rental services, money exchange and financial services, internet cafes and other shops.
