Overview
The Mortgage Clarity Dashboards offer a user-friendly interface which sits directly on top of the live data feeds, works in your web browser and requires no extra software, set-up or IT support.
They allow you to build information about how the whole sales landscape affecting your product is evolving - valuable results can then be used by anyone within your organisation - distributing key information to different groups in a timely and consolidated fashion.
Working with the CML, Matrix Solutions have developed a range of dashboards that meet the requirements of a variety of firms’ departments:
Management and Market Analysis - market share by any of the RMS variables including product type, geography, time period, borrower or property type.
Intermediary Sales – broker salesperson performance, panels and KPI, and when combined with the MFID, a
complete view of all underlying brokers including contact details, email addresses and profiles.
Marketing – profiles of customers and brokers (when combined with the MFID) including contact details of all brokers to support sales activities.

Dashboards can also be customised and extended to deliver different views and analysis to meet new requirements.
Corporate Performance Dashboard
Gives an overview of your own sales split by different variables.
Use this dashboard to view top level analysis of own sales growth and sales mix versus the market.
Key Brokers Dashboard
This dashboard shows you own and market sales broken down by broker firm, outlet or network. You are able to
easily identify targets and existing clients where you are losing market share.
Lead Generation
This dashboard gives you access to the contact details of brokers for marketing campaign lists.
Broker Analysis
View an account’s (firm/outlet) sales in more detail. How do purchases from you compare to overall market
sales? What kind of borrower do they cater for? Has your share of their sales dropped?
Broker Details
The perfect dashboard for arranging a meeting; providing a snapshot of own and market sales; firm information
like size, network details, contacts and a link to a map of the firm.
Pinpoint
Helps a sales person manage their panel allowing them to understand and analyse their distribution networks
when you are on the move. Using a smart phone or tablet, any licenced user can conduct geographical searches
for the most relevant intermediary outlets in their chosen area. Results can be configured according to any search
criteria required (e.g. gross sales, Product type, IMA sector, value etc.) with the results graphically show on a
map.
Bubble sizes represent the market sales over the last 4 quarters.
Bubble colour represents your own market share (greener the bubble the bigger the market share).
Sales Team Management
Sales Directors can use this dashboard in order to view the performance of their teams against a number of
variables including sales value, volume and share of market.
