The curriculum has been designed to provide the students an in-depth understanding of core concepts such as

* Security Standards & Compliance * Risk Management * Privacy & Data Protection Regulations * IT Governance * BCP/DRP * Security Audit * Security Implementation * Information Retrieval * Computer Forensics * Intellectual Property Right

The major thrust is on functional competencies whereby students are exposed to real life situations & the rich experience gained in summer training at prestigious organizations makes them battle ready for the industrial war field.

We have a flexible and mutually beneficial Internship program. Students have to go for an internship of approximately 6-8 weeks in either a company or a university adhering to the college policies during the summer vacations just after the second semester.

The internship is viewed as an integral part of the course curriculum to give the students an opportunity to have the industrial exposure and a chance to get the pre-placement offer.

During the internship, the students have to work on a Problem-definition or Project-definition given by the company and which will then be approved by the institute as a suitable project.
