How Do Humans Ingest Potassium ? People can ingest potassium by fruits such

as pomegranates, avocados, papaya and bananas. Also apples, strawberries, cantaloupe and oranges pack a punch of potassium . Milk is also a good provider it contains nearly 377 milligrams of potassium per cup !.

How Does Magnesium Benefit The Body ? Magnesium helps the human body build

strong and healthy bones after all over 50% of magnesium is found in bones. It helps maintain normal muscle and nerve function, keeps heart rhythm steady, supports a healthy immune system, and keeps bones strong.
