The hoppers are of polished stainless steel. The extremely light weight and ergonomic shape of each component make for easy handling, especially for dismantling and cleaning. Assembly is equally fast, made easy by clear identification marks on the hopper heads.

The heads for hard dough are made of hardened treated aluminium. The grooved rollers are made of stainless steel and are equipped with teflon sealed bearings, that can be replaced quickly after wearing out. The helical grooves of the rollers prevent any risk of damage caused by interfer-ence with scrapers. The gears are made of stainless steel, while the head frame is made from a piece of laser-cut, chrome-plated carbon steel.

The jacket of the cylinder head for soft dough is made of treated and hardened aluminium, and the toothed gears of the pump are in bronze. The gears can also be supplied with alternating teeth for processing dough including chocolate chips or pieces of fruit. The heads can be easily removed, and silicone seals make them leak-proof.

The moulds are made of non-stick plastic, copied by high precision machinery. They can also be equipped with special devices to regulate and balance the weight and shape of the cut biscuits.

Upon request, we can provide a special device to smooth out the ridges formed on top of those biscuits made with especially hard or viscous dough that might burn during baking.

The moulds can be equipped with devices to prevent parch-ment paper from lifting and moving during baking.

Polin provides differently shaped nozzles for each specific product. The moulds are easily replaceable and are made of plastic and special alloys. Polin nozzles can be produced on demand to specific customer requirements. Remember that by coordinating the movements of the machine, you can get biscuits with different shapes using the same nozzle.

Electronic key that allows the menu that the customer has saved in the computer to be downloaded. The hidden parameters required for configuration of the machine can also be downloaded. Storage of these functions is extremely useful in case of loss or accidental deletion of data or replacement of hardware. In this case, just connect the cable to the serial port key board installed on your compu-ter and upload all the necessary parameters.

M Proges is software designed to be installed on any PC con-nected by cable to communicate via the serial port of the Multidrop® computer, managing the following functions:• Download of the menus that the customer has saved in the

machine's computer and download of hidden parameters requiredfor configuration.

• Display on the PC monitor of menu parameters of the menus forconsulting and changing values or creating new programmes forupload to the machine's computer.

• Printout of parameters as hard copy.

Types of moulds

XLLRETE

The hard dough roller head is used for depositing, extruding and injecting dough of hard consistency. The rotation of the grooved rollers compresses the mixture through the nozzles, shaping various types of biscuits of constant weight and size. By fitting two special hopper adaptors, the machine also can process softer dough that have been whipped or creamed to a suitable consistency.

The pump head is complementary to the hard dough head and is only suitable for dispensing fluid and liquid mixtures. The external rotation of the gears can be reversed to produce a gentle suction of the mixture from the hopper, piping it through the nozzles without compressing it and providing maximum lightness and development even after baking.
