MUTATION SCENARIO – 1 ( SINGLE BUYER AND SINGLE SELLER)

MEESEVA MUTATION REQUESTS DASHBOARD

Select the transaction to be mutated from the dashboard by clicking on Radio Buttons MeeSeva �

Mutation Approval/Rejection (Exceeded 45 days) � (Main Filter) All � (Sub Filter) All and CLICK

onGO button to view all pending mutation transactions in the Mandal which have exceeded 45 days

from the Date of Form-8 Notice Generation.

Click on Select link in the first column of the transaction to be mutated to view the application

details as shown below :-

Enter “Tahsildar Remarkulu” to go for Mutation Acceptance (Radio button Mutate) or Rejection

(Radio button Reject) as applicable and click on Save Button to go for mutation as shown below :

Application village and survey number will be automatically selected and fields will be disabled to

prevent changes. Enter Tahasildar proceeding number in Col. 14 and date of Proceedings in Column

no. 15 (date from which this mutation will be effective). Select the Competent authority for

Mutation in col. 16, Reasons for Mutation in col. 17 and any additional remarks in Col. 20.

If Reason for mutation is Sale/Gift/Partition then enter Registration document number and date of

registration in cols. 18 and 19 respectively.

If applicant is already a pattadar in the same village, by entering his khata number in the col. 27 his

name can be picked up otherwise Go to Pattadar option in the Master Directories menu and add him

as a pattadar and proceed for mutation as shown below :

Here enter the survey number to mutated (Same as the seller sy.no. in case the whole extent is

being sold) in col. 21, extent in col. 22 (Whole extent being mutated), extent uncultivable in col. 23,

Varusa sankhya in col. 24, Cess in col. 25, Ayacut extent in col. 26, Buyer khata number in col. 28 and

press tab key to fetch Buyer name and father name from pattadar master, select Nature of

enjoyment in col. 30. Meeseva Request number will automatically will be shown in col. 31 and sl. No.

in Meeseva request will be shown in col. 32 which are non editable.

Mutation Preview can be seen by clicking on Mutation Preview button. Only after viewing the

mutation preview Submit button will be enabled. On clicking the Submit button mutation details

Will be saved and a message as given below will be shown to Confirm the mutation for this survey

number

Then click on Generate Proceedings button to view and print the mutation proceedings as shown

below :

Digital signing of the buyer record can be done by clicking on the Digital sign mutated records button

(Attach Tahasildar digital signature token before clicking on this button).

After completing the Mutation process as shown above, this transaction will appear as a pending

record in the PPB Dashboard for acceptance by the tahasildar.

MUTATION SCENARIO – 2 ( Part mutation of survey number to Seller and buyer)

In this case a part extent of sy.no. 5A/3 is being sold by the pattadar to a buyer. Enter the Seller sub-

division number in col. 21 and share of his extent in col. 22 and his khata number in col. 27 and

select the enjoyment nature in col. 30. Enter corresponding details of buyer in second row and

submit the request to save the mutation.

If more number of sub-divisions are required enter them by clicking on the Add button after col. 30.

MUTATION SCENARIO – 3 ( Mutation of survey number to multiple buyers)

Similarly if Seller is selling total extent (pura extent) to multiple buyers with their individual shares

specified, enter the buyer details in row 1, row 2 etc. as shown below :-

pattadars after Patta sub division)

A request received from Meeseva for mutation as shown below:-

An alert message as shown below will be shown to go for patta subdivision of the survey number .

Select the sub-division number allotted in patta subdivision option to go for mutation.

Mutation can be done as shown below :-

Mutated transaction will be shown in PPB DASHBOARD as follows :-

Upload VRO & RI enquiry reports and digitally sign the proceedings of PPB and click on Accept

Button to generate 15digit random unique PPB number and status updation in Meeseva for

MUTATION SCENARIO – 5 ( MULTIPLE SELLERS SELLING FULL EXTENT TO SINGLE BUYER )

Meeseva Request as shown below received has multiple owners in a single survey number

Assuming that the applicant at sl.no. 9 is purchasing the whole extent of 9.54(acres/cents) from the

remaining owners of the survey number 326, the mutation screen appears as below after the expiry

of

Here Mutation type has to be selected from the Drop Down List as shown in the top right corner of

the screen

Mutation types are : Full extent and Partial extent

Details have to be entered in col.no. 14 to 27 and 30. Col. Nos. 28 and 29 are picked up from the

database after entering khata number in column no. 27 and pressing tab key.

An alert will be shown if “Add” button is clicked preventing adding another buyer (as Full extent is

being purchased).

After viewing the Mutation Preview, “Submit” button will be enabled and mutation details can be

saved to post the request to Pattadar Passbook Dashboard for approval,if the date of application is

after 16-July-2013. If the request is before 16-07-2013 Pahani and ROR-1B will be updated as per the

latest mutation details.

If any survey number is having multiple pattadars and mutation type is selected as “partial extent”

then an alert message as shown below will be shown saying “ Survey number having multiple

pattadars and the survey number needs patta subdivision”
