• The following steps would assist traveller on how to link thebooking via BIG Shot ID and make it appear in Manage My Bookingfor onwards actions e.g. flight change, ancillary add-ons, check-inetc.
IMPORTANT: During booking, kindly ensure the email address inserted in the Contact Details form matches the traveller’s BIG Shot account email
address.If the email address doesnot match, travellermay:
• Update the emailaddress of traveller’sexisting BIGShot account
• Create a new BIG Shotaccount with thesame email address inthe ContactDetails
• Go to AirAsia.com and login to your BIG Shotaccount.
Clickon ‘Signup now’ if youarenot amember yet or if you wish to create a new BIG Shot account with a new email address.

1) Q: Can I still request for a refund on a successful transaction in NewGBS?A: AirAsia practices “No RefundPolicy”.
2) Q: What if I had paid the Deposit and yet to make the outstanding payment?A: Asper normal group booking T&C, failure to make any due payment within the given time period will result inthe booking being cancelled.
3) Q: What if Full Payment made and Passengers’ Name not uploaded?A: If Passengers’ Name not uploaded as per stipulated timeframe, system will auto cancel thebooking.
4) Q: If I had added the add-ons to the booking, when do I need to make the payment?A: The add-ons amount will be added into your due payment. Ifyou added the add-ons after you had made full payment to your booking, you are required to make the payment immediately for the add-ons.

7) Q: Are we able to add in infant inGBS?A: Yes,you are able to add infant at the “Add On” pageand tag the infant which belongs to their Parent’s name. Infant’s detail must be added in aswell.
8) Q: Can I change my pre-booked meal after the booking has been done?A: Yes, you can change your meal to another meal as long as the price is the same. If the meal you selected ishigherthan what you had paid, you will need to pay the addition.
9) Q: Can I clear the defaulted 20kg baggage for international flights?A: No, 20kg baggage allowance is already defaulted for international flights and passengers are not able to clear itfrom the list.
