Create a folder in Phone SD card or external storage, name is “myanmarexplore” (used small letter for all characters and must not be included space character). 3. Copy all files and folders which have extracted from zip file into “myanmarexplore” folder. 4. Install the .apk file. 5. In “myanmarexplore” folder should be included 11 folders. For Android 2.2.x and above 1. Extract Android-Above-2.1.zip (don’t miss the file) 2. Copy all files and folders which have extracted from zip file into myanmarexplore folder. 4. Install the .apk file. 5. Run the MyanmarExplore and press menu, select “More”, select “Set DB Path” where choose the location of “myanmarexplore” in storage, and then save it. 6. In this stage, you will only see business addresses and Yangon map, fortunately you can add more maps if your Android version is above 2.1. 7. Copy the required maps from “DVD\maps” to “Phone Storage\myanmarexplore”. Read the following maps descriptions and copy your desire maps. (If you download the maps from myanmarexplore.com , extract the zip files and copy them.)

3. Copy all files and folders which have extracted from zip file into myanmarexplore folder.
4. Install the .apk file.
5. Run the MyanmarExplore and press menu, select “More”, select “Set DB Path” where
choose the location of “myanmarexplore” in storage, and then save it.
6. In this stage, you will only see business addresses and Yangon map, fortunately you can
add more maps if your Android version is above 2.1.
7. Copy the required maps from “DVD\maps” to “Phone Storage\myanmarexplore”. Read
the following maps descriptions and copy your desire maps. (If you download the maps
from myanmarexplore.com, extract the zip files and copy them.)
Type the desire word into the textbox and click on “search” button ( ).

Finding business by categories
To find the businesses by categories, you have two ways,
click on “A - Z” labeled button ( ) OR
press menu and choose “Category”

Select your desire business categories which have been order by alphabet
After selection one category name, you will see the searching results.
Business Details View
To view the content details of the desire business address, just only click on business name in
searched result list.
When you select one, you will see the content details as follow.

to share this business address and details to your partners/friends via SMS
to share via E-mail
to collect this business into the Bookmark list.

Using Map and GPS Services
To use map and GPS service, press menu and select the map.
Finding street location on map
To find the street location, press menu and select “Find Street”
The following screen will be displayed and select the desire township.

After selecting street name, you will see the location of street on map as follow.
Looking for you current location
Press menu and select “Where am I?”
Before using this function, you will need to one of two options, the normal way is turn on the
GPS service. Another way is you don’t need to use GPS service, but your mobile handset must
setup GSM SIM card, you are in Yangon division or Mandalay city. If you cannot use second
way, your handset doesn’t support, so use the GPS service.
If you want to save your current location, press menu and select “Save My Location”
Using GPS and Tracking your ways
To use this functions, turn on the GPS service first.

Press on “stand man” icon on map
It will take about 5 to 10 minutes to connect with your mobile device to GPS satellite.
Tracking your ways
To make tracking, click on
To stop tracking, click on , and type the name for that track and save it.
Review previous track info
Press menu and select “View Tracks”
You will see the lists of your previous tracks if you have saved them.

If you want to reopen these tracks on map, click on track name.
Changing Language
To change the language English or Myanmar, press on “L” icon under search bar
Choose your desire language.
Browsing bookmarks
To view your bookmarks, press menu and select “View Bookmark”

You will see your saved business addresses and locations as following.
To reopen them just press on desire one.
