Accessing Your Dashboard
The Overview Tab on your Client’s Subscriber Dashboard reveals common themes associated with that account.
Sentiment Trending breaks down a week of your Client’s results by volume and sentiment to give you a sense of how your client’s online reputation is evolving over time.

Sentiment Analysis highlights the most positive and most negative results (reviews, news, social posts, etc.) from the last week.

Visibility Status shows where your Client needs your help improving their overall visibility as well as repairing errors or omissions.
You also get a report on other leading Citation sources as well.

Visibility
The Visibility feature gathers all the locations on the web where your Client’s business listing can be found and shows where they're underexposed and where they have discrepancies in their listing data.
Each listing will either have a checkmark (found and correct), an exclamation mark (found with possible errors), or an X (for not found at all).

Visibility
You can then Select Show Details and then the ? icon under each Citation site listed on the main Visibility Tab to get information and instructions for how to add or edit your client’s listing on that Citation source.

Reviews
The Reviews Tab shows all review results from influential sites like Yelp and Citysearch.
It also breaks down the average rating for your client’s reviews on each site.
Reviews are pulled based on the Client’s Contact Information, so it is very important that this is 100% accurate.

Reviews
Your Reviews Trending Cloud shows words that are most frequently used to describe your Client’s business.
You can click on each keyword to find the mentions containing that word.
A Distribution chart is also provided, breaking down where most of Your Client’s reviews are coming from.

Mentions
The Mentions Tab shows the results of all keyword searches you have set up and is broken down into Web, Twitter, News, Facebook, and Images.

Mentions
Click on a Mentions Tab section (Web, Twitter, News, Facebook, or Images) to be taken to a new page with all of your Client’s results for that section.
Here you can search your Client’s results by sentiment, date, source, or category.

Add/Edit Searches
Mentions are based on the keyword searches you set up for the Client’s account.
Be sure to enter all variations of the Client’s company name as well as their key people and Twitter keywords.
Select “Edit Searches” on the Mentions Tab to edit all of your searches. You can add up to 30 different keyword and people searches.

Be sure to use the Must Include and Must Not Include qualifiers to narrow down your search results.
Twitter searches can also be restricted to results within a 25 mile radius of your Client’s office location.

Competition
The Share Of Voice (SOV) Competition graph shows how your business fares against your competitors in local internet searches.
A new SOV graph will be created for each service category you enter.

Social
The growth of your social media audience over time is analyzed and displayed on the Social Tab. It tracks your Facebook likes, your Twitter followers, and your Foursquare check-ins.

Use the Social Tab to monitor all of the recent activity on your Client’s social accounts.
When people like, retweet, or comment on your Client’s Company, you will see it here.
You can filter by Social account as well as track employee tweets.

Select Share for one-click social publishing that makes it easy to promote your Client’s Company on all three of the most popular social networks at once.
Click on Open account to connect your Social Media accounts.
You can also use this feature to schedule status updates to post at future times.

Once your Client’s Social status updates have been posted you will see them in the Recent Status Updates feed.
