Anti-Seize compounds have been the cornerstone of
the JET-LUBE line of lubricants since the late 1940’s.
Through the years, JET-LUBE has led the industry in
technical innovation and is constantly searching for
new ways to improve anti-seize technology. JET-LUBE
premium anti-seize compounds provide the ultimate in
protection and facilitate assembly and disassembly of
threaded connections. All products are engineered from
the ground up to help reduce equipment downtime and
total operating costs.
TORQUE GUIDEProper clamp load is an essential part of any bolted
assembly for trouble-free operations. The clamp load
is created by torquing either nut or bolt. An anti-seize
lubricant used on a bolt helps to develop greater clamp
load for the same torque compared to an unlubricated bolt.
An additional benefit is greater uniformity in clamp load
among a series of bolts.

SILVER PLUSMetallic Anti-Seize SILVER PLUS REGULAR provides a protective film
against galling, seizure, and corrosion over a wide
range of applications. Micro-sized particles allow it to

Petrochemical-Grade Nonmetallic Anti-SeizeLow coefficient of friction makes 550 a good
choice for rough-cut threads made of cast iron,
steel, and most alloys. Due to the film strength
of Mo2S, 550 is also well suited for applications
involving extreme shearing action such as mold
release, press fits, and highly loaded, slow moving bearings. A
general-purpose, water-resistant lubricant for use on steel, aluminum,
and cast iron.

NCS-30TM
Nonconductive Anti-SeizeJET-LUBE® NCS-30 provides excellent protection
against seizing and galling. NCS-30 is a nonmetallic
compound containing carbon-based fibers and
additives and other extreme-pressure and anti-
wear additives. These are blended into JET-LUBE’s
complex base grease. This new base grease
offers the additional advantage of superior adhesion to wet steel
surfaces, and resistance to water wash off.

Pure-Nickel Extreme-Temp Anti-SeizeGraphite-free, pure-nickel NIKAL is nearly inert and should be used whenever ammonia, acetylene, or vinyl monomers
are present. Will not contaminate catalyst beds. Compatible with most metals and alloys operating at 800˚F and above.
For stainless steel and other nickel alloy fasteners and fittings operating above 500˚F where graphite may pose problems.

NIKAL® NUCLEARNuclear-Grade Pure Nickel Extreme-Temp Anti-Seize Contains chemically pure nickel flake in an ashless
synthetic fluid thickened by a water-resistant,
complex soap that offers superior protection. Certified test results

turbine systems in nuclear applications, and conforms to the

Heavy-Duty Pipe Sealant with PTFENon-hardening, brushable thread sealant for

corrosion. The PTFE in PS-92 lowers the torque

Multipurpose Metal BonderAn instant-curing super glue of low-to-medium
viscosity. It is most suitable for bonding metal
parts to themselves and other substrates. The
medium viscosity makes MC-100 a very versatile
compound.
