Betsy Cooper  |  DirectorBetsy Cooper is founding ExecutiveDirector of the Aspen Tech PolicyHub. Previously, she was thefounding Executive Director of theUC Berkeley Center for Long-TermCybersecurity and was a policy andlegal counselor at the Departmentof Homeland Security. Betsy has aD.Phil from the University of Oxfordand graduated from Yale LawSchool. In her spare time she likesto run experiments to see if herdigital devices are listening to her.
