INSTRUCTIONS TO PARENTS AND STUDENTS
1. This assessment comprises of concepts taught from 5th July to
18th of September, 2021.
2. Students will do the assessment at the back of the respective
subjects. For example, math’s
assessments will be done at the back of math’s 4C exercise
book.
3. The assessment are not graded therefore no marks are
allocated.
4. This is a formative assessment, therefore students can refer to
their study package notes for
reference while completing the assessment. This would be a very
form of revision for the children
as well.
5. The solutions will be provided to the students and parents are
to assist their child by marking
the answers.
6. After marking answers, parents are to send the pictures of the
completed work on Viber or email
for the teacher to check and update the records.
7.The assessment package will be uploaded on Moodle before 27th
of
September, 2021 and the hardcopy of the assessment package and
solutions will be made available
for the parents who had requested the hardcopy.
