IntroductionIt is a part of a thousandth of a micrometer any part of a millionth of a millimeter. Usually deal with nanotechnology measurements between 0.1 to 100 nm. This identification and measurement offset by expansion in the nature of the materials used Valtqana nanoparticles are dealing with any phenomena or structures on the nanoscale level.

Nanobomber : is a simulation game that mimics the real life process of designing nanoparticls for drug delivery.

ACTIVITY(1): DESIGNING NANOMEDICINEHow the nanomedicine will react when it is

released will depend on three characteristics?

*Affinity: affects how much the nanoparticals is attracted to a certain type of cell.e.g : canser

cell*Absorption: affects how likely the nanoparticle will be absorbed by a certain type of cancer cell.

*Potency: affects how much damage the nanoparticle does to a certain type of cancer

cell.

ACTIVITY(2): HUNTING FOR NANOPARTICLE DRUG

DELIVERY SYSTEM.

Laser beams emit particles of gold, resulting micro-bubbles see

microscopically, and the size can be controlled by changing the strength of the rays help in identifying diseased cells. Shows according to the study

published recently in the journal Nanotechnology that control laser

assists in determining the size of the nano-bubbles, the bubbles

characterized by small ones followed by the possibility of a microscope, and the great ability to blow up the target cell.

ACTIVITY(3) MAKING BIODEGRDABLE ALGINATE BEADS.

we add sodium alginate into calsium chlorid solution in different size of

We add sodium citrate solution to dissolve the beads and comparing every 2 mins

Design project: Formation of Nanoparticles

1. O.1 % W/V sodium alginate solution: using a magnetic

stirrer dissolve 0.08 g of sodium alginate in 80 ml distilled water

2. While stirring at the maximum speed add 5 ml of 0.0359 M CaCl2 solution(drop-wise)using a pipette, stir 10 minutes.

3. Add 0.35 g of red dye, stir for 15 minutes.

4. Prepare 2 pipettes, one with 5 ml of 0.1 M NaOH prepared in step 1 and the other with 5 ml of Eudragit solution prepared in step 2 and add them at same time after dye has dissolved and stir at maximum speed for 30 minutes.

5. Pour solution into two 50-ml centrifuge tubes at equal amount and centrifuge at 2000 rpm for 20 minutes.

6. Pour off the liquid leaving the nanoparticle pellet and spread it on microscope slide and observe the particles using a light microscope.

product idea : Nanotechnology in Surgery

At Rice University, a flesh welder is used to fuse two pieces of chicken meat into a single piece. The two pieces of chicken are placed together touching. A greenish liquid containing gold-

coated nanoshells is dribbled along the seam. An infrared laser is traced along the seam, causing the two sides to weld

together. This could solve the difficulties and blood leaks caused when the surgeon tries to restitch the arteries that

have been cut during a kidney or heart transplant. The flesh welder could weld the artery perfectly

We dream that this technique will apply widely.
