The Monaco Conference RoomWith large bay windows opening out onto the space dedicated to motorcar masterpieces, the Monaco Conference Room has been designed for seminars and meetings. A free wi-fi connection is available.
Schlumpf Conference RoomThis room is able to accomodate conferences for 10 people. Quotes on request.
In the case of self-guided visits, admission to the museum, i.e. e 4,86 excl. VAT, must also be paid.

You can organise a gastronomic dinner for 50 people or welcome 5000 people in all of the exhibition halls, and even allow them to mingle among the rows of cars in the collection.

Motorcar MasterpiecesIn “Motorcar Masterpieces”, discover the most beautiful cars of the 1930s in a midnight-blue jewel-case, including the two famous “Bugatti royales”. It is a magnificent place to hold a dinner for up to 800 people or a cocktail party for up to 1200 people.
The Monaco Conference RoomWith large bay windows opening out onto the space dedi-cated to motorcar masterpieces, the Monaco Conference Room has been designed to stage dinners for 250 covers or cocktail parties for 300 people.
The Motorcar Racing Area“The Motorcar Racing Area” is one of the most spectacu-lar spaces of the museum: lined up in order of departure, the 84 cars that have charted the history of the race track rev up their engines. This space is able to accommodate 200 people for a screening and 300 people for a cocktail party.
The Motorcar ExperienceIn this famous room with the lamp-posts from the Alexandre III bridge in Paris, discover the history of the motorcar from 1878 to the present day.This space is able to accommodate cocktail parties or dinners for up to 3000 people.
Also:The Esders Room (La Salle Esders)A space dedicated to the reconstruction of the famous Esders car which is able to accommodate cocktail parties for 50 people.
The Column Room (La Salle des colonnes) This new space is able to accommodate dinners for 50 people or cocktail parties for 150 people.

In the shape of an 800-m giant eight and with terraces that can accommodate up to 4,500 people, no other car museum in the world currently has such an asset.The Autodrome, open to all, gives companies, clubs, associations and collectors the chance to organise their professional and private events here.

eneral booking conditions
Booking optionOur services team will follow up any booking request made by you with the option of a written booking. This written booking option contains the details of the prices discussed with you. The booking will not become fixed and binding until you return the written confirmation. It will then serve as a contract between you and the Cité de l’Automobile. The booking cannot be cancelled by the Cité de l’Automobile or by yourself.
Booking confirmationAll bookings must be confirmed in writing. This written booking confirma-tion will form the basis of a contract between the Cité de l’Automobile and yourself. Upon receipt of this written booking confirmation sent by yourself, the Cité de l’Automobile will send you a contractually-binding quotation. Once this contractually-binding quotation has been sent, you will not be able to cancel your booking without prior written agreement from the Cité de l’Automobile. In the event of complete or partial cancel-lation of the service by you, the Cité de l’Automobile will be entitled to payment in full for all of the services confirmed in writing, based on the written quotation issued by the Cité de l’Automobile. This paragraph forms a substantial clause of the current contract.
DepositYour option will be confirmed upon payment of a deposit equal to 50% of the total sum payable.
CancellationAny cancellation on your part must be agreed in writing by the Cité de l’Automobile. No complete or partial cancellation of the service will be accepted once you have confirmed your booking in writing. The quota-tion is definitive.In the event of complete or partial cancellation of the banquet booking, you will be issued, in accordance with the quotation, with an invoice for the “cancelled service” which will be deducted from the total sum payable in relation to the booking. In all instances, the Cité de l’Automo-bile will not refund any deposit paid.
PaymentInvoices for services being effected at the Cité de l’Automobile are to be paid 10 days prior to your event. If you fail to make a payment within this period, you will be liable to pay interest at the cumulative monthly rate set by the bank, multiplied by 1.6, from the day immediately following non-payment after having been issued with a notice to settle the bill.
PricesPrices are subject to change without prior warning. However, prices are guaranteed in the case of confirmed bookings.
InsuranceThe Cité de l’Automobile does not accept any responsibility for any damage caused to items or personal property that you bring with you to events, irrespective of the type of damage caused. This is particularly the case in the event of fire or theft.
DisputesIn the event of disputes, the place of jurisdiction will be the commercial court in Mulhouse [tribunal de commerce de Mulhouse].Written confirmation from the client will signify that the client is aware of and agrees to the general conditions of sale and that he/she accepts this quotation.
Restrictions on the use of the museumBuses are permitted to park in the car park provided for this purpose. Guests should then walk from the car park to the entrance of the museum (except under special circumstances).It should be stated on your invitations that: “Smoking is not permitted in the collection rooms”.
