CHALLENGE No1:BIN PICKING SEASONING AND SAUCE

The proposed solution is the combination of two technologies, capture the image with a 3D camera and analyze the results with deep learning.

Products must be removed from the box where they are random.

Thanks to this hardware it is possible to obtain the point cloud of the objects, in a short space of time.

The point of the solution is we don´t work against a rigid solid, but a malleable one.We cannot use a traditional bin picking solutions.

By combining information from the Z axis, generated from the 3D equipment, with the information from Deep learning from the X and Y axes, we will be able to extract the part from the container.

Once you have the coordinates, pass them tothe robot and let him do the rest
